Barratt have taken on a delicate row of Georgian townhouses and have done the right thing with a strategy of low key natural conversion that goes with the grain of the existing structure. Then the existing buildings have been wrapped in a cossetting enclave of stylish modern apartments by Assael Architects. The whole composition is a well balanced composition of old and new.
