One house type totally sold out at The Maples

It's not often a housebuilder can put up the “all sold” sign at a new development before it has even been built. But with two months to go until the first houses are complete, Arley Homes has sold all three of the Harbury house type at its Fulwood development The Maples.

The stunning five-bedroom detached is one of six different styles of property at The Maples. A Waverton type has also been sold off-plan since the properties were launched for sale last month, making four pre-sales in total so far.

The outstanding popularity of the Harbury house type in particular is thought to be down to the launch of The Birches showhome in Charnock Richard in June, which featured this style.
