Dont wait for the government to help - Rydon Homes will pay your stamp duty at its developments across Kent

The Government may be hesitating on the subject of a ‘stamp duty holiday' but property purchasers in Kent don't need to worry!

Rydon Homes is currently offering to pay stamp duty on new homes at Weaver's Place in Staplehurst and Merchant's Mews in -  as well as offering other incentives designed to help get home buyers moving!

And whilst, according to the National Association of Estate Agents, the Government's indecision seems to be slowing the property market, sales at Rydon Homes are rising with nine sales achieved in the last week alone!

When complete, Weaver's Place in Staplehurst will comprise a stunning collection of just 11 new homes including two and three bedroom terraced houses and four-bedroom detached homes, designed to reflect local architectural styles.   Since the end of May, more than 50% of the homes at Weaver's Place have been sold off-plan to a wide range of buyers from single people and couples to families.

Currently a range of two and three-bedroom homes remain available, priced from just £220,000.
Merchant's Mews, enjoying an outstanding location on Canterbury's New Dover Road, is an equally attractive courtyard development of just 12 brand new cottage-style terraced and semi-detached houses; each offering a surprising amount of space.

Yet another sale means that almost 50% of the new homes have already been sold but there's still plenty of choice available with prices starting from £325,000 for a two-bedroom three-storey mid terrace house with a sun lounge, garden and two allocated parking spaces.

“Many of our customers in Kent have been glad of a ‘helping hand' in the form of stamp duty paid, part-exchange or our Smart Buy scheme which enables our buyers to secure a new home at 80% of the original asking price with the remaining 20% due in ten years or when the property is resold, whichever comes,” says Natalie Flint, Rydon Homes' Sales and Marketing Director.

“We're more than happy to offer stamp duty paid on our new homes - and more than this, to sit down with prospective purchasers and discuss what incentives best suit their needs.  We're delighted to have a growing band of satisfied buyers; several have even provided us with testimonials that can be seen on our website.”
