There are lots of reasons to consider a new home at Kebbell Homes’ Norfolk Place development in Iver, not least of all the forthcoming Crossrail and for purchaser Anoop Sharma (40) it was only one of his considerations.
Anoop, a Business Analyst working in Canary Wharf, recently moved to the development to take advantage of Crossrail, which is due for completion in 2019. “It’ll make a huge difference to my commute as it will reduce it from well over an hour to just 40 minutes. What makes it even better is that, despite being so close to major transportation links, it’s so quiet and peaceful. It sounds cliché but it really is the best of both worlds.”
Anoop makes the move from Harrow, where he lived for 15 years. Although he was not initially looking to buy a new build property, he was swayed by the quality and style of his new Kebbell home.
He continued: “I’m a perfectionist and it really impressed me to see that Kebbell were even more fastidious than I am. They truly care about every last detail and they wanted everything to be perfect – and it really is. The quality of the build is truly everything I could have wanted and more.
