set up to highlight new build developments and conversion
projects, which in our judges' opinion, have excelled in
their chosen arena.

Out of the many entries, the experienced panel of
judges selected a winner, highly commended and comm-
ended place that showed attention to detail throughout
the building process and shone in both architectural
appearance and interior design.

This year, there were 14 categories as well as the special
Housebuilder of the Year Award. The developer nominated as the Housebuilder of the Year had to display an innovative approach to developing and achieve something significant in terms of the future of housebuilding.
