Welcome to the Your New Home Awards. In this
challenging time for housebuilders, and let's face
it, the economy in general, it is wonderful to have
something to celebrate. Here you will find winning
developments to inspire and delight.

Congratulations to the UK housebuilding industry
for once again offering such a diverse array of
developments for this year's Awards from stunning
luxury homes to innovative eco-friendly properties
through to regeneration projects that have trans-
formed the occupants' lives.

The Your New Home Awards have been set up to highlight new build developments and conversion
projects, which in our judges' opinion, have excelled in their chosen arena. Out of the many entries,
the experienced panel of judges selected a winner and highly commended place that showed
attention to detail throughout the building process and shone in both architectural appearance
and interior design.

This year, there were 16 categories as well as a special Housebuilder of the Year Award. The
developer nominated as the Housebuilder of the Year had to display an innovative approach
to developing and achieve something significant in terms of the future of housebuilding.
