Arley's new Chorley development has seven off-plan sales

Arley Homes has secured seven off-plan sales ahead of the show home launch of its latest development, The Meadows in Coppull. These new homes have received such an astounding level of interest that the show home launch date had to be pushed back.

The leading North West housebuilder began marketing The Meadows in April while the Coppull site was still under construction, from its Churchfields development in Bolton. Regardless of there being no show home to view, a record number of visitors registered their interest in The Meadows through the Arley Homes website.
The buyers include local families and one couple relocating to the area from Scotland. The sale of these first seven homes includes properties which were due to become the show homes.

This meant the official launch, originally planned for June, is now set to take place over the weekend July 3rd and 4th. Those who have pre-registered will receive a personal invitation to the launch while other prospective purchasers can register their interest through the website or simply turn up on the day.
