Leading North West housebuilder Arley Homes is to invite buyers to a pre-launch event for its latest development in Coppull, Chorley. Although the homes are still under construction, interest in The Meadows has already been high with more than 100 internet enquiries since it was added to the Arley Homes website.
The developer has decided to host an open evening for anyone who has pre-registered for information about The Meadows, at Coppull Village Hall on March 4th. Visitors will be able to view the plans, working drawings and artists' impressions, and speak to sales advisors about which of the 10 different house types would best suit their requirements.
John Cosgrave, managing director of Arley Homes, is delighted with the level of enquiries and believes the development will prove extremely popular because of the decision to offer traditional 3 and 4 bed family homes. He said: “The amount of interest we have had in The Meadows is reminiscent of days gone by and gives us great confidence ahead of the official launch later in the spring. The response so far has been very enthusiastic and we hope those who have pre-registered will come along to view the plans, meet our sales advisors and take a look at the brochures and artist's impressions which are hot off the press.
“I feel it also demonstrates that homebuyers appreciate both the quality of the properties we build and the great locations we choose. The Meadows will be a fantastic place for families, offering good transport links for work, schools and recreational facilities, and is on the doorstep of the Lancashire countryside. This event will hopefully be informative and we look forward to welcoming both local people and anyone coming to the village for the first time.”
Arley plans to launch the development in April, offering for sale a choice of three and four bedroom homes. With a variety of internal layouts, including combined kitchen / dining and living / dining room options, houses at The Meadows have been designed for comfortable, yet contemporary, family living.
Externally the properties will be built using a high specification reclaimed-style brick which will help the homes to blend seamlessly into the local area. The majority of the properties will also benefit from driveways and garages.
The semi-rural location is close to the A49 and offers good access to both the M6 and M61 motorways. The shops and restaurants of Chorley town centre are just 10 minutes away. Buyers will also have all the benefits of the stunning Lancashire countryside on their doorstep. Arley began construction before the end of 2009 and will have properties on the market by spring 2010.
Arley Homes' buyers can benefit from a range of deals including part exchange - with a valuation within seven days - assisted sale, stamp duty and five per cent deposit paid, subject to terms and conditions.
The open evening is on March 4th at Coppull Village Hall on Chapel Lane, Coppull, PR7 4PG, from 5pm to 9pm. Brochures and release prices will be available. All interested parties are welcome. To register your interest please contact Arley Homes on 01925 506 435 or go online at www.arleyhomes.co.uk |
