Final chance to buy at stunning St George’s Park

Buyers have just one last chance to buy at the stunning St George's Park development in Mossley. The beautiful setting and high quality spec of these spacious family homes drew hundreds of visitors and enabled the successful sale of almost all the properties since the development was launched.

The final house, a handsome detached Hartshead, boasts four large bedrooms, a spacious kitchen-come-family room and a huge open plan living and dining room, and comes complete with flooring and blinds. The white rendered property also has an integral garage and is on the market for £309,950.

John Cosgrave, managing director Arley Homes, said the final sale would bring mixed emotions for the sales team. He said: “This development is one of the most picturesque in our portfolio and the team has thoroughly enjoyed working in Mossley and sampling the delights of the local area. We are delighted that St George's Park has proven to be so popular with local families and has drawn in people from further a field. While we will be delighted to see the last happy buyer move into their new home, it will be a sad day for the team to close up the sales office.

“St George's Park is in a delightful location, set between a river and a canal in the heart of the Tame Valley, and we were very conscious of the responsibility we had to design properties which not only fitted into the aesthetic of the local area but also enhanced their surroundings. I feel that Arley has created a lovely development which has quickly become part of the local community.”

St George's Park is a mixed development of detached, semi detached, mews properties and apartments, located next to the River Tame and the Huddersfield Narrow Canal in the pretty village of Mossley. The development of 96 homes has been built and sold over four phases.

On the doorstep of Saddleworth Moor, Mossley offers buyers the chance to experience semi rural living. As part of Tameside, the location offers good access to the urban hubs of Stalybridge, Ashton-Under-Lyne and Manchester City Centre is just a few miles drive away.

Arley Homes has a number of incentives on offer to help homebuyers make the move. In particular, the Warrington-based developer is offering a part exchange valuation within seven days to anyone struggling to sell their own home. Five per cent deposit paid and access to up to 100 per cent mortgages are also part of the help that Arley can offer to potential purchasers.
