City & Country Group Adds to Award Tally

Essex based restoration and conversion specialist, City &
Country Group, has won three top industry awards in just two
days for its development, The Galleries, at Warley, Brentwood,
Essex. These awards take the total number won for the
development to six.

The Galleries won the Best Conversion category and was
Highly Commended in the Best Landscape Design category
at the Your New Home Awards, sponsored by The Daily
Telegraph. It also won a Platinum Award for Commutability in
the HotProperty New Homes Awards. Both award ceremonies
were held in London in the presence of luminaries from the
property industry.
