Trent Park Development, River Crescent

This is ‘housing market renewal' in action -
The regeneration of Nottingham's waterside
is home to the stylish river Crescent.
Water plays a big part in this scheme:
many apartments have south facing terraces
over- looking the river Trent, residents can
have their own private mooring and cyclist
can enjoy a riverside cycle path. The master
plan to create a ‘building in the landscape'
has been successfully achieved and the
project needs to be praised for allowing
every apartment to have a full river view.
