The only new build industry accolade that is backed by
a glossy magazine and a national newspaper group
offering a unique marketing opportunity. The annual
awards are open to entries from new home
developers across the UK.

Judging takes place across a wide range of categories
by our team of wholly independent industry experts,
which comprises property writers, designers and

architects. Our judges will merit each entry and award
it in accordance with our judging procedure.

Awards are based strictly on the quality of the development
and celebrate the highest standards of design and
craftsmanship and winners in each category are invited to
an awards dinner and presentation at The World Famous
Shakesperean Globe Theatre at Bankside, London on
March 6th 2008.

The Daily Telegraph Your New Home 'House Builder of the Year 2007' Award

This award encapsulates building excellence and the Daily Telegraph Your New Home judging
panel will award and present the 'Housebuilder of the Year 2007' award after reviewing all
entries submitted.

This award is not available as a stand alone entry as every entry included is automatically
entered into this award and the judges decide democratically which entrant has made the best
overall contribution to the industry over the past year.

Judging Procedure

When all entries are received, our judging panel will short-list the best entries in each category.
Winners will then be chosen from the short-listed entries on a democratic basis by our panel
of judges.
