I am delighted to present the Your New Home Best
Of 2006 supplement, the conclusion of the Your New Home Awards judging day and the prestigious Awards ceremony held at the Royal Geographical Society.

The Best Of Awards have been organised to highlight new build developments and conversion projects, which in our judges' opinion, have excelled in their chosen arena. These Awards are the only ones backed by a magazine dedicated solely to the UK new build market.

The winners of these Awards have created homes with care and attention to both architectural appearance and interior design.

Advances in construction techniques and consideration to the internal specification has resulted in an array of quite simply stunning houses and apartments designed to suit the whole spectrum of the house buying public - from first-time buyers through to the retirement market.

Many thanks to all of the developers who participated in these Awards and congratulations to the winners and those who gained a highly commended and commended certification.
